The Richmond Group of Companies invites you to attend a seminar regarding new topics in commercial leasing. These topics include: lease take-overs, HST and its impact on operating cost recoveries, and recent BIA & CCAA amendments. The seminar is being presented by Joseph Grignano & Lauren Temple of Blakes, Cassels and Graydon LLP.

Joseph Grignano specializes in commercial leasing and acts for several prominent owners, developers and tenants. He has vast experience in all aspects of retail, office, industrial and specialty leasing.

Lauren Temple has a practice encompassing all areas of commercial real estate with a special focus on commercial leasing. She has acted for both landlords and tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions.
